The only significant loyalty event on the African continent, and the only one in our calendar attached to a formal qualification. Truth awards the CADipL, an advanced diploma in loyalty, around the summit.
That certification is the reason to pay attention even if Cape Town is not on your travel plan. Loyalty has almost no professional credentialing, which is unusual for a discipline that manages balance-sheet liabilities and personal data at scale. A category with a diploma is a category starting to professionalise, and the syllabus is a useful signal of what the field considers settled knowledge.
