Loyalty Expo is the anchor event of the US loyalty calendar and the one most likely to be worth the travel budget if you attend only one. Loyalty360 runs it as an association event rather than a vendor event, which shows in the programme: the speaking slots skew brand-side, and the sessions are closer to case studies than to product demonstrations.
It also hosts the Loyalty360 Awards, which are brand-side only and open to any industry worldwide. That matters when reading the agenda, because award finalists frequently present, so the session list doubles as a shortlist of programmes worth studying.
The 2027 edition has been announced for Florida with dates not yet published. We list it here as recurring rather than dated, and will not carry a 2026 date forward as though it were confirmed.
Worth knowing before you commit: this is a brand-side room. If you are a vendor looking for a technical audience, the developer-facing conversation in this category happens elsewhere, and the regional European events tend to be denser per hour than the large US shows.
