48 of 87 loyalty vendors publish any pricing
48 of the 87 loyalty technology vendors profiled here publish full or partial pricing on their own site, 55 percent. Only 6 publish a complete price. Disclosure splits sharply by segment: Ecommerce and SMB at 92 percent, Agencies and services at 0 percent.
The finding
48 of 87 profiled vendors publish something about price without a sales call, which is 55 percent of the set. That number flatters the market: only 6 publish a complete price, while 42 publish a partial one, typically a starting tier or a per-message rate with the enterprise plan withheld. 6 publish nothing, and for 33 no pricing statement could be confirmed either way.
| Segment | Publish any pricing | Vendors | Share | |---|---|---|---:| | Ecommerce and SMB | 24 | 26 | 92 percent | | Composable and API-first | 16 | 18 | 89 percent | | Enterprise suites | 7 | 19 | 37 percent | | Vertical specialists | 1 | 17 | 6 percent | | Agencies and services | 0 | 7 | 0 percent |
The split is not random. It tracks who the buyer is. Ecommerce and SMB sell to teams that buy software without a procurement process, and 92 percent of them publish. Agencies and services sell into deals where price depends on scope, and 0 percent do.
Method
Every vendor profiled in this register was checked on its own website for a published price, a rate card, or a published starting point reachable without contacting sales. A vendor counts as disclosing when any of those exists. Each is recorded as yes, partial, no or unknown in the vendor ledger, and this page counts those records. The sample is 87 vendors across 5 segments, collected 2026-09-29, and refreshed every six months.
What this does not show
This is a count of disclosure, not of price. Nothing here says whether a published price is competitive, whether it holds at scale, or whether the quoted figure survives a negotiation. It also cannot distinguish a vendor that deliberately withholds pricing from one that has never published any, which is why unconfirmed cases are counted separately as 33 rather than folded into the non-disclosing group. The sample is the vendors this register profiles, not the whole market.
Raw data
The per-vendor values are in the vendor ledger, one row each, with the same four states used here. Each vendor's profile page states its own disclosure status, so any count on this page can be checked against the pages underneath it.
