Decision list builder

Build the list of decisions your programme actually faces. Every decision the register has argued is here, grouped by area. Tick the ones that apply and copy the list, with links, into your own plan or board paper. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent.

What this is for

A loyalty programme fails on the decisions nobody realised were decisions: the expiry trigger chosen by default, the tier threshold set to match a competitor, the rounding rule that annoys members every week. This list exists so those choices are made deliberately and written down.

How to use it

Work through the areas in order and tick only what your programme faces this year. A launch team usually ticks most of programme design and earn and redemption, and almost nothing under partners and channel. Copy the result into the document where your decisions already live, so the links travel with them.

What each entry gives you

Every decision on the list links to a page that states a recommendation, the cost of taking it, the test to apply to your own programme, and the condition that would change the answer. You are meant to disagree with some of them. A decision you argued with and rejected is still a decision made.

Where it misleads

The list covers what the register has argued so far, not every choice a programme can face. Sector specific questions, regulatory duties in your market and anything your legal team raises will not appear here, and their absence is not evidence they do not matter.
