Who it is for
Loyalty Register is written for the marketing, CRM, CX and finance teams at retailers, grocers, restaurants, hotels, airlines and banks who design, run and buy loyalty programs. It covers loyalty news and events, practical guides, teardowns of well-known programs and a glossary of the terms these teams use every day.
How we stay vendor-neutral
We take no referral fees, commissions or paid placements. Clients pay for the work, so the advice answers to them.
Our guides and teardowns do not recommend specific loyalty platforms. When we help a client choose one, throughvendor matching or RFP management, the recommendation comes from the client's requirements and a scoring model agreed in advance.
How we source and check facts
- Every number and factual claim in a guide or teardown comes from a named source that we opened and read, and each page lists its sources.
- We prefer primary sources: company filings, official program pages, regulators and the original report behind a news story.
- News briefs summarize a named report and link to it. We write our own headlines and summaries.
- Program rules change. Each page shows the date it was last updated, and we check program pages again when we update a teardown.
- If you spot a mistake, tell us. We correct errors and update the date on the page.
Who writes Loyalty Register
Pages are written and checked by the Loyalty Register Editorial Team, which is how they are signed. We do not publish articles under invented names.
