A supported change goes into the profile, with its source and the date it was checked.

We write to you by email when we have acted on the request. We do not promise a date.
A profile is only useful if it is right
- Each profile is written from the vendor's own published pages, with the quote and the link behind every claim.
- Products change, companies are bought and renamed, and pages move, so a profile can fall behind.
- Buyers read these profiles while they build a short list, and an error costs both sides time.
- Listings are editorial. No vendor pays to be listed, and paid options do not exist today.
Questions from vendors
Can we pay for a featured listing?
No. There is nothing to buy today. The form lets you say you would be interested in sponsorship or advertising if those options ever open. Saying so changes nothing about your listing.
What do you need from us to make a change?
A public page on your website that states the corrected information. Profiles show each claim with its source, so a private document or an email cannot be the source.
Will you send us requests from brands?
Not today. Vendor matching for buyers is not open yet. You can say in the form that you would like to receive requests, and we will write to you if that opens.
How long does a change take?
We do not promise a date. We read every request and write to you when we have acted on it.
