What you get

A polished plum balance scale holding three mint cubes on one side and a plum sphere on the other
  • A short list of loyalty platforms with fit notes

  • The gaps and risks to probe with each vendor

  • Demo questions tailored to your program

  • A comparison of the short list on your must-haves

How it works

  1. Brief

You tell us about your program, your channels and systems, your must-haves and your budget range.

  2. Long list

We check platforms against your integrations, program model and size, and remove the ones that do not fit.

  3. Short list

You receive a short list with the reasons each platform fits, the gaps to probe and the questions to ask in a demo.

  4. Next step

You contact the vendors yourself, or we move into a full RFP with you if the decision needs one.

Too many platforms, too little time

  • Every loyalty software vendor claims to do everything, so websites do not help you tell them apart.
  • Most teams do not have time to take many demos before they know who fits.
  • Integration with your point of sale, e-commerce and data systems decides more than the feature list.
  • Budget ranges differ widely, and a platform outside yours wastes everyone's time.

Questions about this service

How do you choose the platforms on the list?

From your brief: program model, channels, integrations, size and budget range. We take no referral fees, commissions or paid placements, so no vendor pays to be on the list.

What if we already have vendors in mind?

Tell us who they are. We check them against your brief like any other platform, and you get the same fit notes and questions for each one.

When is a full RFP worth it?

When the program is large, the integrations are complex or several teams must agree. For a smaller program, a good short list and scripted demos are often enough. Our RFP guide explains the full process.
