White Castle opens a new season of Craver Nation Rewards
White Castle says the program saved members $5.1 million over the past year, and it launched a new season of member-only offers.

White Castle launched Season 3 of Craver Nation Rewards on September 15, 2026, after members saved a combined $5.1 million through rewards, deals and exclusive offers during the previous season, the company said in a news release.
During Season 2, which ran from September 2025 to September 2026, members earned 32 million points and redeemed more than 1.2 million offers. Chicago had the most loyalty members, and Friday at 2 a.m. was the program’s peak ordering time.
Season 3 adds new quests and rewards across the program’s Adventurer, Champion and Legend tiers. Launch offers include 25% off one mobile order and double points on a first purchase from September 15 to 30.
The season format is the design idea worth watching: a program that renews its quests every year gives members a reason to come back without changing the earn rules.
