Earning points
Earn rule 1
All members earn 10 points per $1 spent on products and pet services such as the Grooming Salon, PetsHotel, Doggie Day Camp and Dog Training.
Earn rule 2
Bestie members earn an additional 2 points per $1 and VIPP members an additional 4 points per $1 as a tier bonus.
Earn rule 3
Donations to PetSmart Charities at checkout earn 2X points.

Completing the member profile earns 1,000 points.

Members can earn up to two 5,000-point Salon Reward Certificates each calendar year by booking a bath or groom in two consecutive months. Each certificate expires at the end of the calendar month in which it was earned.

Autoship Points Payout: 2,500 limited-time bonus points ($5 in savings) for every $100 of qualifying recurring Autoship spend, delivered four times a year and to be redeemed within three months.
Earn rule 7
Gift cards, shipping, bag fees, discounts, taxes, tips and veterinary services do not earn points. Third-party delivery Marketplace orders earn points only if the Treats Rewards account is linked to the Marketplace account before the order is placed.

Using points
1,000 points = $2 in savings on merchandise and services, in stores, online and in the app.

Points cannot be used for gift cards, veterinary services, taxes, tips, shipping, cash back or donations at checkout.
Points cannot currently be redeemed on Autoship orders or third-party delivery marketplace orders.
Points can be donated to PetSmart Charities during special events.

Each point is worth 0.2 cents in PetSmart savings, from the rule that 1,000 points = $2. At the base rate of 10 points per $1, that is $2 back for every $100 spent.
