Using Silver and Gold rewards
Silver rewards are issued in $10 increments: 30 days after a member earns $10 or more, a reward code is emailed and shown on the Key Rewards dashboard on the brand websites.
Eligible members receive a $25 birthday rewards certificate during their birthday month, to be redeemed within 30 days of issue.
Account balances update 48 hours after purchase or shipment.
